Avelis is a client-records tool for aesthetics clinics. We take privacy seriously because you trust us with information about real patients.

Your client data

Client names, phone numbers, treatment histories, medical notes, and consent forms are stored in our Convex database (EU region). Only you (and any users you authorise within your clinic) can access your clinic's data.

Product analytics

We use PostHog (EU-hosted, Frankfurt) to understand how Avelis is used so we can improve it. We track events like “client created” or “import completed” — never client names, phone numbers, medical notes, or treatment details. Your practitioner email is not sent to PostHog. You can disable analytics any time from Settings → Privacy.

Authentication

Authentication is handled by Clerk. Clerk stores your sign-in email and any social login identifiers you choose to link.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
